I wanted the pinky extension for the glock42 I’ve ordered through Pearce before, don’t know what happened I got some part that I didn’t order so I ordered through Midway USA and got what I needed.

Grip Frame Insert for GLOCK 42 & 43

This unit fits in the bottom rear cavity of a Glock 42 & 43 utilizing a friction fit to secure it in the frame.
